As the Manager (Bus Fleet), you will lead the delivery of a significant bus fleet investment by TMR, coordinating the introduction of a substantial number of buses to TMR's fleet each year. You will oversee the commercial and operational aspects of fleet management and be responsible for the strategic stewardship of our growing bus fleet.

Leading a energetic and evolving function, you will champion continuous improvement and help shape the future direction of fleet asset management at TMR.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with external parties (fleet manufacturers, suppliers, and transport service providers) and internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are managed within required guidelines. Be a key point of contact on behalf of the TMR to monitor performance.
- Conduct evidence-based analysis on contract performance metrics to determine strategies to improve customer outcomes and provide recommendations to senior executives.
