CBC Group are seeking a motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our growing team in Victoria, based in our office in Keilor Park.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in facilities, trades, or construction who's ready to hit the ground running and step into a dynamic, career‐building role within a well‐established national organisation.

As a key part of our team, you will support operations across a diverse range of clients spanning retail, aviation, aged care, hospitality, and more, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Coordinate work orders and activities across multiple sites.
n
- Schedule internal trades and subcontractors to meet response times, costs, and quality standards.
n
- Conduct site inspections to ensure performance and presentation are at the highest standard.
n
- Manage planned preventive maintenance and associated schedules.
n
- Complete job status and completion reporting.
n
- Ensure timely delivery of all maintenance, repairs, and upgrades while complying with WHS requirements.

About you:

n

n
- Confident in building robust client relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
n
- Relevant experience in facilities maintenance, trade, fire and/or construction industry
n
- Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
n




- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with computerised maintenance management systems.
n
- Comfortable managing all aspects of service delivery, including issuing work orders, quotations, and logging faults.
n

Requirements:

- General Construction Induction Training Card
n
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain); and
n
- Valid Driver's Licence.
n
- Industry Trade Qualification OR Project Management (desirable)
