VMCH is seeking three Maintenance Officers to join the Property Asset Management team across Mulgrave, Wantirna and roaming sites. You will coordinate and complete maintenance activities, manage work orders, and support preventative and reactive maintenance across designated VMCH sites.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors and residents, monitoring asset downtime via CMMS (PAMS) and conducting asset condition audits while ensuring safety and VMCH policies are followed.
