Blueprint Homes is seeking a permanent full-time Sketch Designer in Perth. You will produce Archicad sketches for Senior Design Consultants, liaise with internal and external parties to resolve design and construction issues, and offer guidance to improve designs.
Requirements include Certificate IV or Diploma in Building Design and at least 3 years of Perth-based residential drafting experience, plus solid Archicad skills and knowledge of R-Codes/NCC.
