Ruby’s is seeking an experienced Counsellor to join our team on a fixed-term parental leave contract. You will deliver high-quality counselling to young people and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, addressing trauma, sexual violence and family conflict.
You will work collaboratively with other practitioners, maintain ethical documentation and advocate for clients, applying theories such as narrative therapy and family systems to support recovery and resilience.
