Hearth Support Services in Melbourne is seeking a compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (Grade 1) to join our Allied Health team to promote participant outcomes.
You will assess behaviour, develop interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to implement strategies. You’ll engage with participants, families and external stakeholders, with a focus on person-centred care and ongoing career development.
