We're looking for a hands-on Store Support Manager to oversee store administration, warehouse operations, stock control, and team leadership. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store while creating a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store administration, banking, cash balancing, and invoicing.
- Oversee receivals, dispatch, storage, and movement of stock.
- Maintain stock accuracy, process adjustments, and support stocktakes.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and administration team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service across deliveries, collections, and store support activities.
- Drive workplace health and safety compliance and protected warehouse practices.
