The University of Sydney is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for the Seymour Centre, Sydney. You will lead all F&B; operations across bars, catering, and event hospitality, delivering outstanding service and driving revenue in a fast-paced venues environment.
This full time role runs 38 hours per week, with occasional evenings and weekends to support performances and events. You will manage staff, budgets, supplier relations and compliance to uphold the venue’s reputation.
