Wishbone, Lucas Collective’s newest Melbourne venue, is seeking a passionate Pastry Sous Chef to join the opening team. You will bring the dessert offering to life, creating exceptional pastries and baked goods in a fast-paced, premium kitchen and help shape the guest experience from day one.

The ideal candidate has HK-inspired cuisine knowledge and premium restaurant experience, with robust leadership, rostering and OH&S; skills.
