About the Role

As a PBS Practitioner, you'll work alongside customers and their support networks to engage in functional behavioral assessments; write meaningful, person-centred behaviour support plans; support implementation of the plans; and complete reviews when needed.

You’ll:

- Work across community and supported accommodation settings
- Collaborate with customers, families,



multidisciplinary teams and community supports
- Provide PBS consultation and advice across internal and external services
- Support NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission compliance requirements relating to regulatedrestrictive practices
- Deliver education and training on best-practice topics related to PBS
- Mentor team members where appropriate

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient to Advanced is desirable), or the ability to obtain suitability
- Experience as a PBS Practitioner, or substantial Allied Health experience with an interest in transitioning into PBS
- Professional registration or association membership relevant to your discipline (where applicable)
- Experience supporting people with disability and complex needs
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication and report writing skills
- The right to work in Australia

You’ll also be willing to obtain required checks including NDIS Worker Screening, Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, Driver's Licence and First Aid.
