Job Description
The Transition Registered Nurse (RN) in School Based Youth Health at CHQ HHS delivers protected, compassionate clinical care within a multidisciplinary team in the school setting. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate direct person-centred care for children and young people, progressing from graduate to a highly skilled RN in line with CHQ values.
There is a genuine occupational requirement for Indigenous status under the Queensland Act.
