Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a permanent full-time Sketch Designer to join our dynamic team to work closely with our Sales Department.

This role is ideal for someone who has a minimum of three years residential drafting experience with exposure to design, who wishes to step-up into a full-time sketch role.

The Role:

Producing Archicad sketches for our Senior Design Consultants by following their write-up

Liaising with internal departments and external parties to overcome design and construction issues

Providing advice and guidance to our Senior Design Consultants on design issues or suggestions on how to improve design

About You:

Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design and Technology

Sound Archicad skills

Minimum 3 years Perth based experience in residential drafting with a project home builder

High level of construction knowledge with a thorough understanding of R-Codes and NCC requirements

Creative flair with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines when required

Sound communication skills, good time management and problem solving ability

A positive and friendly manner

A strong team player with a solid work ethic
