An exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the Pool Office team at the Launceston General Hospital.

The Team

The Pool Office Team works within the Integrated Operations Centre, Launceston General Hospital and employs nurses, midwives, assistants in nursing, care assistants, ward clerks and hospital aides to provide back fill for deficits across Hospitals North. The Pool Office Team consists of nurses and staffing support officers who work closely together to recruit, employ and support staff to function at a high standard when allocated across the organisation.

The Role

The Executive Assistant-Pool Office provides general administrative and secretarial support to the Nurse Unit Manager. This will include minute taking, assisting with employment processes, calendar management, contributing to projects and data collation.

You will need

Details of appointment

Permanent part time, day worker position, working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date.

$76,849 to $82,996 per annum pro rata. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2025
