What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you’ll help drive performance and lead the team.

Assist with counter sales, order processing, packing, and dispatch to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Support team training, safety practices, and development initiatives to foster a high‑performing branch environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and trade contractors to drive service excellence.
- Maintain branch systems and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Accurately process financial transactions, including cash handling, to support branch integrity.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and profitability by supporting local growth initiatives.

What you’ll bring

- Plumbing wholesale knowledge (highly advantageous) or experience in plumbing/trade distribution.
