BUILDING SUPERVISOR – FUTURE CONSTRUCTION LEADER

Are you an experienced Building Supervisor who is looking for more than just another job?

About You

- You are a genuine self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing. You think ahead, identify potential problems before they become major issues and enjoy finding practical solutions.
- You will ideally have a background in either a building trade, construction or sales , with a strong understanding of people and the importance of delivering an excellent client experience.
- Highly self-motivated and organised
- A practical thinker and strong problem solver
- Comfortable dealing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Able to handle difficult or sensitive situations calmly and professionally
- Computer literate and comfortable using modern construction and communication systems
- Reliable, hardworking and prepared to take responsibility
- Someone who enjoys getting an early start and making the most of the day

The Opportunity

Initially, you will be responsible for supervising residential construction projects and ensuring homes are delivered to a high standard, on time and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

However, this role is about much more than simply supervising building sites.

For the right person, there is a genuine chance to become an integral part of the management team and progress into a Construction Manager or senior leadership position as the business continues to grow.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career—not simply collect another job title.
