Serco is seeking an Assistant Maritime Warfare Instructor to support high-quality maritime warfare training within the Bridge Training Faculty. You will work with a team-oriented team to create realistic simulation environments and build capability across naval personnel, blending technical expertise with hands-on training delivery, ensuring safety and alignment with Defence requirements.
You will play a meaningful part in shaping future maritime operations, delivering bridge warfare training.
