Allwright Bourke Lawyers & Conveyancing is a boutique law firm, servicing the NSW Central West and beyond. Our firm is dedicated to serving our local, rural communities and their people - whenever they need us.

The Solicitor will provide legal advice, prepare and draft legal documents, and conduct negotiations on behalf of clients on matters associated with the law.

Key responsibilities include :

- Adhering to Work Health and Safety regulations and compling with all company policies & procedures;
- Administrative duties, including; filing, phone calls, taking payments, management of files and Diary Management;
- Assessing Conflict of Interests;




- Attending public functions and building and maintaining skilled networks;
- Debt Recovery;
- Delegating and checking work completed by Paralegal/Secretary;
- Ensuring that CPD has been completed each year;
- Instructing Barristers;
- Invoicing and billing of clients;
- Liaising with other professionals and professional organisations;
- Representing clients in Court, Mediation, Arbitration and Settlement conferences and negotiating disputes;
- Researching Statue and Case Law and drafting Legal Documents
- Taking client instructions and providing legal advice to clients, both written and verbal, while maintaining confidentiality.

To be considered you will need a relevant Bachelor Degree or higher qualification and at least 1 year of relevant employment experience.

This is a full time role, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $79,500 - $90,000 per annum is on offer to the successful candidate.
