- Sunday - 8am-1pm

- Monday - 5am-9am

- Wednesday - 5am-9am

- Friday - 5am-9am

What You'll Be Doing

As the friendly face of our fitness community, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. Your role will include:

- Welcoming members and guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
n
- Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
n
- Assisting with membership inquiries and enrollment processes
n
- Managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism
n
- Handling member concerns and resolving issues with a solution-focused approach
n
- Supporting fitness programs and wellness initiatives
n
- Maintaining accurate member records and facility information
n
- Promoting our services and helping members discover new ways to reach their goals
n

Who You Are

- A genuine passion for sports and fitness

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Previous customer service experience (fitness industry experience is a plus!)

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
n
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
n
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with membership management systems
