Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a proactive Stores Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Zone 1 Hotel stores and oversee the ordering, receiving, issuing, transferring and control of food, beverage, maintenance and general consumables across the zone.

In this hands-on role you will ensure accurate inventory, correct cost centre transfers and solid stock rotation, working closely with the Executive Chef and F&B; teams.
