We are supporting a great organisation who are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns end to end using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build and maintain agile, segmented lists using SQL, regenerating them for each portfolio and investor send.
- Administer the Salesforce Marketing Cloud database, maintaining data integrity, consent records and lead management processes.
- Configure and support other marketing team members' use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing training as needed.
- Contribute to broader marketing activity, such as brochures, graphic design or webinar support,
working alongside the wider marketing team as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven, hands-on experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as there is no training involved.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, with demonstrated experience building dynamic, segmented lists for campaign sends.
- Experience administering a marketing automation database, including consent records, list management and data integrity.
- Comfortable working autonomously as the team's Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist, with capacity to support broader marketing activity when required.
- Available for a temporary assignment of approximately four to five months, working three to four days per week, with full-time hours considered.
