Lead an award-winning venue at The Eve Café & Bar in Greenbank. You'll have the autonomy to run the venue, develop your team and influence how we operate. Working directly with the owners, you'll contribute to the direction of The Eve while taking responsibility for its daily performance. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys leading service. Your presence on the floor will set the standard, give your team confidence and ensure our guests feel well looked after.

Key responsibilities

Lead service and set standards through your presence on the floor

Oversee rostering and labour costs

Develop and manage your team, including developing capable shift leaders

Work closely with the kitchen to deliver a consistent experience across daytime and evening trade

Take responsibility for daily venue performance

Contribute to business direction working directly with the owners

About you

Successfully managed a busy café, restaurant or similar venue

Solid coffee knowledge and practical barista skills

Balance excellent hospitality with sound commercial decisions





Communicate clearly and address issues confidently

Develop people through practical guidance and consistent expectations

Available across weekend services and Friday evenings, with Sunday afternoon trade planned

Salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience
