Job Description
City of Boroondara is seeking a cooperative Functional Analyst to provide functional support, business analysis expertise and stakeholder engagement across enterprise applications. You will work between business users, vendors and tech teams to resolve issues, gather requirements and drive improvements.
Reporting to the Lead Analyst, you will map processes, document requirements and help deliver system changes, testing and user guides while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
