About the role

Atrium Homes is seeking an experienced Senior Draftsperson to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Ardross, Western Australia . In Drafting you are primarily responsible for the productive and accurate preparation of drawings, with a solid understanding of contract documentation, preconstruction procedures, construction techniques and all statutory and compliance requirements. As an integral part of the drafting team, you will be responsible for:

What we're looking for & Key Responsibilities

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in drafting for local WA builds, ideally within the Luxury builder market
- Ability to produce working drawings using ArchiCAD 29
- Processing of client pre-start changes and variations
- Liaising with councils, colleagues and engineers as required
- Have a high attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Have the ability to complete work within allocated timeframes
- Experience in the WA Building Industry




- Experience with Archicad 29 & 4D Library
- Knowledge of R-Codes
- Experience with double storey homes
- Knowledge of local residential building methods
