BlueFit is establishing the Alkimos Aquatic and Recreation Centre in partnership with the City of Wanneroo. The Operations Manager will lead the site’s safety, pool plant maintenance, and day-to-day operations, guiding both aquatic and non‑aquatic teams from day one.
You’ll oversee risk assessments, water quality, EAPs, and staff scheduling, while building a positive culture and ensuring a welcoming, protected, and compliant centre for the community.
