Hive Strata is seeking a motivated and experienced Owners Corporation Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In this pivotal role, you will act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, including lot owners, committees, contractors, and agents. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and managing the day-to-day financial and operational needs of each property.

The successful candidate will be someone who is highly organised, knowledgeable, and capable of building trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary liaison for lot owners, committee members, contractors, insurers, and agents
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial statements
- Oversee insurance claims from lodgement to completion
- Organise and lead Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including preparation and follow-up on action items
- Monitor and facilitate the collection of outstanding fees and contributions
- Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain compliance with all relevant Owners Corporation legislation and procedures
- Support other team members and undertake duties as directed by the Senior Management Team

Skills and Experience





- Experience in an Owners Corporation management role is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Victorian Owners Corporation legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service skills and a client-first attitude
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Confident in problem-solving and handling complex issues independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management software
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
- Valid Victorian driver's licence is essential
- Ability to pass a police background check
- Obtain/Maintain SCA accreditation for Owners Corporation Management
