Seasons Living is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join Care Suites at Mango Hill. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and a safe, well-presented setting for residents. This non-clinical role works closely with the Clinical Manager.
You will drive occupancy through proactive sales, handle admissions, coordinate move-ins, oversee staffing/rostering, and ensure excellent resident experiences. On-call rotations may be required.
