Beerenberg invites an experienced hospitality leader to join our Hospitality & Retail Centre as an HRC Manager. You’ll own the floor, oversee front of house across café, retail, tourism and events, and lead the team through peak periods with energy, clarity and Beerenberg standards.
You’ll report to the HRC Venue Manager, manage rosters and labour, coach and develop staff, ensure WHS compliance, and keep service flowing from open to close in a fast-paced, customer-focused workplace that
