As an Area Manager - you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple cleaning teams across commercial sites in Adelaide, SA. This full-time role is integral to ensuring consistent, high-quality cleaning services are delivered to our valued clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and coordinate a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional cleaning services at multiple commercial sites
- Monitor and report on cleaning KPIs to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns in a timely manner
- Oversee the recruitment, training and performance management of the cleaning team
- Manage the scheduling and deployment of cleaning resources to meet client requirements
- Implement and maintain cleaning procedures and quality assurance processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cleaning standards and efficiency
What we’re looking for
- Commercial cleaning Experience preferred however not a pre requisite
- Strong operational management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and staff
- Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality standards
- Familiarity with cleaning processes, procedures and industry best practices
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology to manage cleaning operations
