You will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, manage a team of ~80 with 8 direct reports, and partner with unions while delivering strong financial outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape operational strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a safe, engaged workplace.
