A Permanent Part-Time Kitchen Hand position at a busy Greek restaurant in Kogarah Bay, working Friday and Saturday nights from 5:00pm until late.
Key responsibilities
- Washing dishes, pots and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organised
- General cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Helping with kitchen setup and pack-down
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
About you
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- Positive attitude and good teamwork
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Friday and Saturday night availability is essential
