Job Description

DKSH Melbourne is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service by coordinating service jobs for Scientific Solutions customers. You will monitor jobs, order parts, and ensure timely dispatch with accurate quotes.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service and administration, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while meeting expectations.
