Job Description

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Technical Manager in Melbourne to lead investigations in workers' compensation claims. You will apply specialist technical knowledge to complex claims, conduct thorough reviews, and promote best practices in claims management.

You will coordinate reporting and workflow, engage with Worksafe and panel firms, and provide coaching and leadership to the team. This role requires solid communication and organisation skills and a Law degree or related qualifications.
