Job Description

The NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Youth Justice Key Worker Team Leader for the Cockatoo Initiative within the Whole of Government Initiatives Team. The role leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver early intervention and diversion from violence, with emphasis on holistic community empowerment.

Appointments are temporary, full time up to 30 June 2027, with opportunities for leadership development and structured reporting.
