Someone ready to dive into a fast-paced transport operation, uncover what’s really causing the problem-and fix it.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead our Planning Team, optimise fleet and driver performance, challenge

- Finding the problem - not just managing the symptom
- Getting into the detail and finding the root cause
- Solving customer and operational challenges
- Driving automation and continuous improvement
- Developing a team that takes ownership and gets results
