Rio Tinto is seeking Operators for the Bell Bay Aluminium site in Northern Tasmania. You will support the operational teams to ensure protected, sustainable aluminium production while working with cranes, mobile equipment and process control in a hot, physically demanding setting.
You’ll join a tight-knit team and receive thorough training and ongoing support. We value safety, teamwork and a willingness to engage in labour-intensive tasks on a 12-hour shift roster including days and nights.
