DT Infrastructure is seeking a Senior RIW and Mobilisation Advisor to oversee workforce readiness, mobilisation and competency governance for the DTI Rail business. You will coordinate training, RIW, medicals, inductions and mobilisation for employees, labour hire and subcontractors to ensure compliant readiness before deployment.
You will administer RIW platforms, manage worker profiles, roles and evidence, forecast demand with project leaders and develop a consistent competency framework
