Estia Health, a leading aged care provider, is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead clinical care and operational excellence. Reporting to the head of the home, you will draw on your nursing expertise to uplift resident wellbeing and drive quality care across the home.
You will oversee stock, compliance, and reporting, while mentoring carers and nurses and managing budgets. A current AHPRA RN registration and at least 3 years in a nursing management role are required.
