Australian Venue Co. — Dicey’s Pub, Cleveland — is seeking a Venue Manager to lead a major renovation and relaunch.

You’ll own the P&L;, build and coach a robust leadership team, and shape the venue culture and guest experience from day one. You’ll drive commercial success with hands-on leadership on the floor, recruit high-performing staff, manage stock and rostering, and deliver unforgettable events and promotions in a busy licensed venue.
