Genesis Health & Fitness are part of Belgravia and are the fastest growing leisure/recreation, health & fitness, sports, and wellness organisation in Australia. Comprised of multiple businesses, our core areas include health clubs, programs, tourism, wellness, destination spa resorts, golf, aquatic and sporting venues across Australia and New Zealand.

We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a dynamic Head Coach for our brand-new Genesis Armstrong Creek site , opening January2027.

The Role

As Head Coach, you will lead the coaching culture, inspire members, support fitness programming and help create an engaging community from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver coaching and consultations;

support member onboarding;

drive engagement and retention;

build relationships;

support training programs;

build community and business partnerships

conduct tours and consultations

deliver outreach and promotional activities

support club launch and growth

Coach and inspire a high-performing team, and other team members

Build strong relationships within the local community and corporate

About You:
