Gofractional is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6 month fixed-term contract. You will own end-to-end hiring, manage 30+ roles, and support campus openings across Australia with a hybrid Melbourne-based setup and remote options.
You will leverage AI sourcing, partner with leaders, and drive quick, thoughtful candidate communication through a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Availability August/September preferred for a February end date.
