- Lead and manage employees alongside the Managing Pharmacist
- Assist with customer service queries
- Coordinate staff recruitment
- Coordinate staff training and development activities
- Ensure organisational policies and procedures are followed
- Maintain workplace Occupational Health and Safety
- Resolve staffing issues and stock discrepancies
- Support and contribute to a cooperative organisational culture
- Work in the pharmacy throughout the shift, including standing for long periods and replenishing stock
