Sa Health - Statewide Clinical Support Services seeks a Senior Pharmacist for the Geriatric Outreach Service at Repat Health Precinct, Daw Park. This pro-rata, part time ongoing role supports residential aged care facilities with specialist geriatric services, medicines safety and clinical leadership.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, provide independent advice, and implement strategies to optimise patient outcomes and cost-effective medicines use. Telehealth experience is desirable.
