We’re looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader who is ready to take ownership, inspire a team and drive the success of a high-performing property management department.

The Role:

- Manage small portfolio of premium clients
- Lead,



manage and support a team of Property Managers & Assistants
- Work closely with Management
- Assisting in recruitment, onboard and training
- Manage any escalated issues with owners or tenants
- Report into management on team performance, KPI’s etc.
- Attend team meetings
- Implement any positive changes to the team

The Candidate:

- Previous Senior Property Management or Team Leader experience
- You need to possess leadership attributes!
- Be a ‘go-to’ person and a peoples person
- A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2
- Own car and Drivers license
- Have the ability to work with leadership
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentational skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
