Opella is seeking a proactive HSE Coordinator to strengthen safety culture across the Virginia Brisbane site. You will lead HSE initiatives, train staff and contractors, and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and Opella standards.

This hands-on role focuses on risk assessments, incident investigations and continuous improvement in health, safety, environmental protection and hygiene. You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to embed best practices across operations.
