Mars Snacking is seeking a Demand Planner to be based in Melbourne, joining a high-performing Demand Planning team. The role relies on planning systems and analytics, collaborating with Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Strategic Demand teams to deliver accurate forecasts and drive improvements.

You will own the forecast, translate data into actionable insights, and influence stakeholders while supporting production plans to meet customer needs in a adaptable hybrid work
