Manager, Office of the Chief Information Officer

- Lead strategic business operations supporting Digital Health Solutions
- Drive governance, finance, procurement and workforce excellence

Build, manage and improve the business operations that enable digital health delivery across Western Sydney Local Health District.

Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 13 months)

Remuneration: $77.44 - $92.27 per hour

Where you'll be working
Based at Cumberland Hospital, you’ll join Digital Health Solutions within Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD), supporting the delivery of technology-enabled services that help clinicians, staff and communities access better healthcare. You’ll work closely with the Chief Information Officer and senior digital health leaders in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment where sound business management and strong governance make a real difference.

- Work alongside senior leaders and stakeholders across a complex health environment.
- Shape business processes, reporting and governance to improve organisational performance.
- Contribute to a culture built on collaboration, accountability, customer service and continuous improvement.
- Make a meaningful contribution to public healthcare and the communities of Western Sydney.

What you'll be doing
As Manager, Office of the CIO, you’ll lead the business management functions that underpin Digital Health Solutions. You’ll bring together financial management, governance, procurement,



workforce administration and operational support to ensure the CIO and leadership team can deliver strategic priorities effectively.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and performance reporting.
- Drive governance, executive reporting, procurement, contracts, compliance and risk processes.
- Lead workforce administration, organisational establishment and workforce reporting.
- Oversee ICT asset management and corporate services, ensuring effective systems, records and controls.
- Lead and develop the Office of the CIO team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
