Job Description

Chosen Family in Summer Hill, NSW is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker for a 3‐hour Thursday shift to support a 36‐year‐old female participant with community access and social participation. The role focuses on conversation, engagement, and fostering independence in daily activities.

Ideal candidates will have WWCC, NDIS checks, First Aid, and a valid driver's licence, with experience in psychosocial disability and mental health support.
