We want to hear from Senior or Executive Loss Adjusters with proven experience and skillsets.

Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for claims management and record keeping

Passionate about customer service, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

Self-motivated with robust time management and organisational skills.

Current and valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of insurance claims

Attend, review risk, investigate causation, confirm quantum of loss and assess policy coverage

Conduct interviews with policyholders, witnesses and other relevant parties to gather information and evidence

Appoint and collaborate with, other professionals, service providers and suppliers

Prepare written progress reports and seek instructions to negotiate claims





Meet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators

Ensure Contractual, Statutory and General Insurance Code of Practice (GICOP) requirements are met

Appoint and collaborate with, other professionals, service providers and suppliers

Maintain timely communications with all stakeholders, giving clear and accurate advice or updates

Experience/Qualifications

Experience: 5 - 10 years and above within Property - major and complex loss, or Commercial, Liability, Construction and Engineering, or Strata

Education & licensing: Associate of AICLA for 5+ years

ANZIIF, AICLA, university degree or an equivalent qualification

Skills: expertise in full insurance claims lifecycle including the legislative framework, applicable codes and products, knowledge of administrative hearings and litigation processes

Strong organisational, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in preparing written reports

Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for claims management and record keeping
