- Lead full-cycle recruitment for designated business areas in line with Arc’teryx’s overall talent strategy, supporting the recruitment team during high-volume periods.
- Source, interview, and assess candidate skills, experience, and competencies to make hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to train and build interview scorecards for explicit and unbiased decision-making.
- Partner with local and regional P&C; and Talent teams to develop unique, data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Work closely with the P&C; team to understand department headcount and strategic business needs.
- Advocate for transparency and open feedback throughout the candidate process to improve candidate experience.
- Manage external and internal postings, review applications, interview candidates, and maintain records in Workable and Lever.
- Support employment contracts, employee setup in Workday, and seamless new-starter onboarding.
- Complete Workday data entry for new retail starters.
- Support the P&C; team with other projects and hiring commitments as required.

- You have 3+ years of recruitment experience in a high-volume environment, preferably within the retail industry.
- You have built customized recruitment strategies and can work autonomously.
- You have demonstrated experience within the retail, hospitality and/or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent tertiary studies
Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. Proficient in managing recruitment tools and processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting organizational hiring needs.
