Glenvill Homes is seeking an experienced and customer-focused leader to join our team as State Customer Experience Manager - VIC. This pivotal role delivers an exceptional customer journey across our Victorian business, working with Sales, Pre-Construction, Construction, and Operations to ensure proactive communication and a seamless handover from contract to completion.

Full time, permanent Band 7 ($108,364 - $120,418) + 12% super + monthly ADO.Enjoy a versatile work environment;.Work in a meaningful role within a Values driven organisation.
